The exterior of the pool house has been painted twice in the past 7-8 years. The exterior paint was beginning to peel in August/September of 2015. The Board sought multiple quotes related to a refresh of the exterior paint. Along the process, we learned of the process called “Rhino Shield.” The “Rhino Shield” was cheaper than repainting the exterior. In addition, the “Rhino Shield” comes with a 25-year warranty.
